One of the newest barbecue trailers that opened last month in Washington Avenue is Bullbutter Bros. Barbecue. It is dedicated to serving the finest smoked meats in the time tested Texas tradition, for those who want to try their buds on the tasty and delicious Texas-style smoked meats.
Here, the brisket is tender and juicy, as is the pulled pork. Though not the main attraction, the sides are clearly made with quality ingredients and the recipes are somewhat unique with a more vinegary potato salad and cole slaw than what I was expecting. Bullbutter, however, does not open until late on weekend evenings |
